The Nike
One Vapor Golf Ball. Depending on how you look at this one it's either a low spinning tour
level ball or a high spinning distance ball.
Not quite as long as an out and out distance ball and not quite as much spin as
an out and out premium ball, the One Vapor fills a void. A pretty big void in fact.
Slower swingers looking for some extra distance with decent spin levels could do
a lot worse than the Vapor. It won't suck back on the greens but it won't go tearing off the other
side either.
Play for a generous hop and check and the Vapor will do it's thing all day long.
A stable and long golf ball without the bells and whistles of it's 4-piece stable mates.
-
336 dimple pattern in a durable 3-piece construction
-
Low compression for silky smooth feel and added yards off slower swing speeds
-
Power Transfer Layer for improved distance and response throughout your set
As with most Nike golf ball, the One Vapor is very good on the greens. Nice roll
on this ball with very little accuracy-robbing skid. Distance control was as good as it gets.
I've been very impressed with the latest crop of Nike golf balls and the One
Vapor is no exception. Not just catchy names and clever marketing. Nike really does make a decent
bit of kit.
Suited To:
Players looking for a responsive golf ball with generous green-side control but with minimum
side-spin off the driver. Ideally suited to slower swing speeds.
