The core of the Big Bertha Red is designed to add extra ball speed for added yards off the tee. It certainly does that and the added yards carry through all the clubs in your bag. I was very pleasantly surprised to see an extra 15 yards off my hybrids on a nice high flight. Surprised but pleased.

A more responsive core provides higher ball speed off the club and the improved HEX aerodynamics give more stability and a ball flight that just seems to go on and on and on.

Better trajectory, better aerodynamics, better stability and a softer feeling cover all add up to a ball you can hit long but with predictable performance round the greens.

Play for some roll on your chips and you won't go too far wrong. Putting is very good although the first few did leap off the putter face a bit. Soon had that under control and overall this is one well behaved ball on the greens.

Grades	Description
AAAAA	Highest Quality Recycled Golf Balls Available Straight from the sleeve to the bushes. These balls will look and feel like a brand new golf ball. There may be some logo balls included and balls with slight pen markings, but the playing and flight characteristics will be as new. We like to call these One Hit Wonders. Tee these up in competitions and you really won't tell the difference from a brand new ball, apart from the price.

AAAA	These look like a ball that's been played for 3 or 4 holes. Slight cosmetic blemish or imperfections but nothing that will alter the playing characteristics. Logo balls and balls with slight pen markings may be included. Certainly good enough for a Medal Day with the added satisfaction of being a fraction of the cost of new balls.

AAA	Similar to a ball that's been played for 9 holes, with slight scuffs, blemishes and imperfections. No cuts on these balls though. Logo ball or balls with light pen markings may be included. Great for casual play and your game will get more consistent by always using the same type of golf ball. Tee these up on that tough water hole and a splash won't hurt quite as bad.

AA	Similar to a ball that's been played for 18 holes. Scuffs and blemishes. Logo balls and balls with slight pen markings may be included. Use these for range and green practice and get the consistency that only comes from practicing and playing with the same type of ball.
