Irons.
I guess it was only a matter of time. We had High MOI for Drivers, then Woods,
then Hybrids. Now we talk about High MOI for Irons.
The Acer XP905 Custom Irons feature a Full Cavity Back design with a notched
heel / toe weighting system. These "notches" are what give these clubs the extra MOI.
The COG is placed low and to the rear of the clubs for high launching, long iron
shots that land soft. Pretty perfect actually.
The Acer XP905 Custom Irons are stable and forgiving. The MOI design really
works and expect to see some extra carry as the energy transfer is efficient to say the least.
Progressive offset throughout the set. This places more offset in the long irons
for extra forgiveness and less in the short irons for more accuracy.
Watching your buddies hitting 6-irons, then hitting the green with a 7-iron is
fun. Might even take home the skins as well. Fun.
